How can I pay? You can pay with paypal, if you don’t have an account you can also pay with your credit card in the paypal page. Also if you are from Spain you can pay with bizum! Contact me for more info at dicopebisuteriashop@gmail.com

Do I need to register or create an account to buy? Not at all! Although I recommend it to make it easier for you to order again;)

What do I do if I have a problem and it won’t let me buy? If you have problems during the purchase process,  contact me by email at dicopebisuteriashop@gmail.com

Do you offer any discount? It may take one or two days, if you order your order on Friday it will be shipped the following Monday

Where do you ship orders? I ship worldwide! You can place your order from the web in English (this one) or from the web in Spanish >> https://dicopebisuteria.com/tienda

How long does it take to get my order? In Spain your order can take about 3 or 4 working days, keep in mind that if you order on Friday your order will be sent the following Monday! In Europe your order can take about 6 to 8 working days and in the rest of the world from 20 to 30 days ;)

How much are the shipping costs? registerd mail with tracking its 8$ for international and 6$ for Spain

Where do you ship the orders from? From the city of Barcelona in Spain

How I can keep track of my order? I will send you the tracking number to your email and you will be able to follow it on the Spain postal website ;) Keep in mind some countries may not track the order like (united states) but it will still arrive ;)

What does the package you send me contain? Your order will surely come in a small envelope with your jewelry and a gift box and some of my stickers, normally I do not include the purchase receipt

Will I have to pay Customs or other Fees? If you order from outside the European Union, you may have to pay some Customs taxes, but that depends on your country.

What do I do if the order does not arrive in the time that you have indicated or it is delayed? Yes! You can return or change your jewel, you have up to 60 days after receiving your order ;)

How does a return work? If you want to return your jewel, first contact me by email at dicopebisuteriashop@gmail.com for the return you must return the jewel to me by mail (you will pay for that shipment) when the jewel arrives I will return the money, deducting the cost of the first shipment

When do you take to pay me my money? I will send you your money, after receiving the jewel in good condition, you will receive it that same week

How much does a return cost me? In a return you pay to send me the jewel back and the price of the first shipment is also discounted, so it will most likely cost you between 8 to 15$ in total

How does an exchange of jewelery for another work? If you don’t like your jewel and you want to change it for another, first contact me by email at dicopebisuteriashop@gmail.com  you must send me the jewel, you will pay to send it back and you must also pay the price of shipping the following jewelry

How long does it take to send me a new jewel in exchange? I will send it to you that same week, after receiving the other jewel and the shipping money ;)

What happens if my order does NOT arrive and it seems Lost? If your order takes longer than the indicated time, it could be lost, normally I recommend you wait one more week in Spain, two in Europe and three in the rest of the world. But if you think your order is taking too long to arrive, contact me right away and we’ll see what can be done ;) Please note that orders are not officially considered lost until 8 weeks after they are shipped!

How long will you take to pay me my money or send me my lost jewelry on lost orders? If 8 weeks have passed and you don’t know anything about your order, you can choose if you want me to send it to you again or refund your money

What happens if I have chosen the wrong size? Don’t worry! If your jewel is not your size , we can change it for another, first contact me by email at dicopebisuteriashop@gmail.com  you must send me the jewel, you will pay to send it back and you must also pay the shipping price of the following jewelIt is important that you measure your size correctly so as not to make a mistake again >> https://dicopebisuteria.com/shop/how-to-choose-a-jewelry-size/

And if the size error was yours and not mine? Don’t worry, send me the jewel back and if it really wasn’t the size it should be, of course I won’t charge you anything to change it

What happens if my package arrives in bad condition? If your package arrives in poor condition, ask the postman to make a damage report, also take photos of it before opening it! If the piece is also broken, I’ll take care of it and exchange it for another piece at no cost! Only valid during the first 4 days after receiving your package! Contact me right away so I can solve it ;)

What if the package looks fine, but the jewel inside is broken? If your package seemed fine but the jewel arrived broken, contact me immediately with clear photos of the problem and I will exchange it for another part at no cost! Only valid during the first 4 days after receiving your package!

Can personalized jewelry be returned? Custom orders are NOT returnable! But don’t worry, I’ll send you lots of photos before I send it to you so you can be sure of your purchase ;)

What happens if my jewel breaks after a few days? If your purchase of handmade jewelery breaks in a few days, send me photos by email right away and I will tell you if it can be fixed and the cost!

What materials are the Jewels made of? I like to use Swarovski crystals, semiprecious stones and Japanese miyuki crystal seed beads, for the assembly I like to work with sterling silver and 24kt gold on sterling silver. The cheapest pieces are usually set in copper or brass bathed in gold, bronze or silver tones.

How do I take care of my Jewels? To take care of your jewels it is important to know what material they are made of, sterling silver should always be taken care of by keeping it closed in its plastic bag or in an airtight plastic box, so it will last for years without having to clean it, 24kt gold on sterling silver or rose gold is very difficult to get ugly, but still keep it in a dry place and do not wet it with water or perfumes often! Pieces made with seed beads or various crystals should always avoid getting wet with water or perfume and pieces made with silver plated or gold plated metals should be especially careful on those hot days, where you sweat a lot, since that sweat can discolor your jewels! What do I do if my favorite jewel is out of stock? Contact me to find out if this jewel will be available again soon or if it is really Sold Out! Maybe I could make you a similar jewel or maybe it’s impossible :P send me an email at dicopebisuteriashop@gmail.com

Is it true that Swarovski crystals are running out all over the world? Yes! its true! Although little has been said about this in the press, it has been more than a year since the Swarovski brand stopped selling its crystals to small artisans! That is why you will see on the web that some jewels are sold out and do not come back. Although there are crystals of similar quality on the market, they are no longer Swarovski, that is why in the coming months many of these jewels are going to be sold out! Luckily I have a lot of crystals at home, but of some I really only have one left. Will it be yours? ;)

What does Dicope mean, where does the name of the brand come from? Dicope are the first two letters of my full name Diana Costa Pedret and bisuteria means jewelry

Are your jewels really handmade? Yes! All my jewels are handmade by me in my studio in Barcelona, I create the designs and make the pieces :) That is why they are exclusive jewels and you will hardly find similar ones on other websites.

I have a wedding or event and I need a hair accessories? How can I request it? Contact me so we can talk about the piece you need and how you want it, send me an email at dicopebisuteriashop@gmail.com

Will it take a long time to make my custom order? How far in advance do I request it? It usually takes about 3 or 4 days to make your hair accessory or personalized jewelry, I recommend that you contact me about six to eight weeks before the event  so that it arrives safely on time

Can I return a custom order? Custom orders are NOT returnable! But don’t worry, I’ll send you lots of photos before I send it to you so you can be sure of your purchase ;)
