Hi Beautiful! The year is almost over and this is the ideal time to make a review of everything you have done during 2017 and create new goals for 2018 !!<\/strong> At the end of the year it is easy to feel discouraged if you weren’t able to do everything you wanted! December is also a very stressful month, both at work and at home! That’s why I recommend you take some time for yourself !!<\/p>\n

Just setting New Goals doesn’t Work!<\/strong> Because normally we don’t take into consideration why we haven’t accoplished them until Now! So let’s start by making a review of the year (or your last years) to see what You have done right and wrong! So you can start again with more clarity! ;)<\/p>\n

How to make a review of the year !?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Start by taking a free afternoon, or a quiet weekend, takesome time for yourself to answer these questions !! It’s not good enough just thinking about them! Write your answers down in a notebook! (and do not lose it!)<\/p>\n

How was 2017 for You? What happened to you this year?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What goals and dreams did You achieve?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What didn’t work this year?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What have you learned? What are you proud of?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What could you have done better?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Don’t be afraid to answer these questions !! Sometimes it can be hard to face the truth! But it will help you a lot to admit it , and then You will be able to find solutions !!<\/p>\n

Make peace with Your past !!<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The best way to start setting new goals and be able to make them happen is to leave behind the things that haven’t gone well, without forgetting them, but in a way forgiving yourself for not having been able to solve them until now!<\/p>\n

Take a deep breath and let go of all the things that have gone wrong so far!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Take a deep breath and give thanks for all the wonderful things that have happened to you and have helped you grow!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Open yourself to a new world of possibilities that are about to come!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Are you ready to start setting new goals for you? Take back your notebook, or wherever you wrote your year’s review and start answering these questions!<\/p>\n

How would you like this new year to be?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What amazing goals would you like to achieve?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What changes are you going to make in your life to be able to achieve your dreams and goals?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What have been your biggest problems in the past? What can you do to change them or improve?<\/strong><\/p>\n

How do you want to feel in 2018?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What fun things would you like to do this year?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Which one is your most important goal to achieve?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What can You do to achieve your Goals?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

They say that setting goals is easy, that the difficult part it’ make them happen and it’s True! The secret to achieve all your goals and dreams is to work Hard!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The important thing is to do it in a way that you enjoy! Because working hard doesn’t mean you have to be tough on yourself! Take into account your way of doing things, your schedules, your personality and your life in general!<\/p>\n

Keeping this in mind, now take all those goals and put a date on them!<\/strong> When are you going to start? For when should they be finished? Point it in your notebook! The bigger goals will surely be full of many tasks, so make a list of those tasks and also give them start and end dates!<\/p>\n

And so You don’t forget them, mark them on your calendar or agenda!<\/strong> You can also set them on your cell phone or even make a mural on the wall with your goals and dates to achieve them!<\/p>\n

But I will forget them! How do I achieve them this year, unlike all the other years???<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

If you really want to make sure you achieve your goals, I recommend you to use a planner to write down what you have to do each day!<\/strong> Also every month or even every week you can review your goals and your progress to see how you are doing and what you can improve!<\/p>\n

Your planner can be as beautiful as these planners that I use for my business (it is not mandatory to fill it with stickers! But it makes it more fun!)<\/p>\n
