How to order in the online shop?<\/strong>\u00a0 You only have to add the pieces that you like in the shopping cart (checking if you want a specific measure of each jewel) and follow the steps to fill in your information and pay for your order<\/p>\n How can I pay?<\/strong> You can pay with paypal, if you don’t have an account you can also pay with your credit card in the paypal page. Also if you are from Spain you can pay with bizum! Contact me for more info at dicopebisuteriashop@gmail.com<\/p>\n Do I need to register or create an account to buy?<\/strong> Not at all! You can place your order from the web in English (this one) or from the web in Spanish >> https:\/\/dicopebisuteria.com\/tienda<\/a><\/p>\n How long does it take to get my order?<\/strong> In Spain your order can take about 3 or 4 working days, keep in mind that if you order on Friday your order will be sent the following Monday! In Europe your order can take about 6 to 8 working days and in the rest of the world from 20 to 30 days ;)<\/strong><\/p>\n How much are the shipping costs?<\/strong> registerd mail with tracking its 8$ for international and 6$ for Spain<\/p>\n Where do you ship the orders from?<\/strong> From the city of Barcelona in Spain<\/p>\n How I can keep track of my order?<\/strong> I will send you the tracking number to your email and you will be able to follow it on the Spain postal website ;) Keep in mind some countries may not track the order like (united states) but it will still arrive ;)<\/p>\n What does the package you send me contain?<\/strong> Your order will surely come in a small envelope with your jewelry and a gift box and some of my stickers, normally I do not include the purchase receipt<\/p>\n Will I have to pay Customs or other Fees?<\/strong> If you order from outside the European Union, you may have to pay some Customs taxes, but that depends on your country.<\/p>\n What do I do if the order does not arrive in the time that you have indicated or it is delayed?<\/strong> You can contact me immediately so I can see how your order is and tell you what can be done ;) send me a email at dicopebisuteriashop@gmail.com<\/p>\n Can I return or exchange my Jewel?<\/strong> Yes! You can return or change your jewel, you have up to 60 days after receiving your order ;)<\/p>\n How does a return work?<\/strong> If you want to return your jewel, first contact me by email at dicopebisuteriashop@gmail.com for the return you must return the jewel to me by mail (you will pay for that shipment) when the jewel arrives I will return the money, deducting the cost of the first shipment<\/p>\n When do you take to pay me my money?<\/strong> I will send you your money, after receiving the jewel in good condition, you will receive it that same week<\/p>\n How much does a return cost me?<\/strong> In a return you pay to send me the jewel back and the price of the first shipment is also discounted, so it will most likely cost you between 8 to 15$ in total<\/p>\n How does an exchange of jewelery for another work?<\/strong> If you don’t like your jewel and you want to change it for another, first contact me by email at dicopebisuteriashop@gmail.com\u00a0 you must send me the jewel, you will pay to send it back and you must also pay the price of shipping the following jewelry<\/p>\n How long does it take to send me a new jewel in exchange?<\/strong> I will send it to you that same week, after receiving the other jewel and the shipping money ;)<\/p>\n What happens if my order does NOT arrive and it seems Lost?<\/strong> If your order takes longer than the indicated time, it could be lost, normally I recommend you wait one more week in Spain, two in Europe and three in the rest of the world. But if you think your order is taking too long to arrive, contact me right away and we’ll see what can be done ;) Please note that orders are not officially considered lost until 8 weeks after they are shipped!<\/strong><\/p>\n How long will you take to pay me my money or send me my lost jewelry on lost orders?<\/strong> If 8 weeks have passed and you don’t know anything about your order, you can choose if you want me to send it to you again or refund your money<\/p>\n What happens if I have chosen the wrong size?<\/strong> Don’t worry! The cheapest pieces are usually set in copper or brass bathed in gold, bronze or silver tones.<\/p>\n How do I take care of my Jewels?<\/strong> To take care of your jewels it is important to know what material they are made of, sterling silver should always be taken care of by keeping it closed in its plastic bag or in an airtight plastic box, so it will last for years without having to clean it, 24kt gold on sterling silver or rose gold is very difficult to get ugly, but still keep it in a dry place and do not wet it with water or perfumes often! Pieces made with seed beads or various crystals should always avoid getting wet with water or perfume and pieces made with silver plated or gold plated metals should be especially careful on those hot days, where you sweat a lot, since that sweat can discolor your jewels! Although little has been said about this in the press, it has been more than a year since the Swarovski brand stopped selling its crystals to small artisans! That is why you will see on the web that some jewels are sold out and do not come back. Although there are crystals of similar quality on the market, they are no longer Swarovski, that is why in the coming months many of these jewels are going to be sold out!
