Today I want to tell you more about how to set goals without overplanning! And I have to confess this is one of my biggest problems! I always feel like I have all the time in the world and try to do things that take hours in just a few minutes, but of course it’s impossible to do them! And I end up frustrated an sad with myself \ud83d\ude13\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It can be challenging to master this! But it’s possible! These are a few things that have actually have helped me \ud83d\ude0a\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One way I enjoy planning the most is making a list of all the things I have to get done in a day, it’s not even in a pretty planner, just a scrap of paper, but this helps me organize my business with my other tasks \ud83d\ude05 the problem is I usually add more things that I can posibly make in a day, and end up frustrated! \ud83d\ude32 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

So I started to write into this list of things the hour or time I thought I could finish them \ud83d\ude0f I tried to be as realistic as possible with how long this used to take me and I found out I was setting myself up for failure really easily by adding so many tasks, that If I wanted to complete them all, I would have to be working until 3 or 4am \ud83d\ude03 This exercise helped me to see how impossible it was for me to do all this work in a day and try to focus on a smaller list of things that I could actually complete!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

So I absolutely recommend You to do this exercise to find out if you are also setting yourself for failure with an impossible list of tasks!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Another great way to plan, but not overplan, is learning to divide the work you have to do by weeks or days in a month! I like to use post-its in my planners to divide the work so I can easily move them from one week to another \ud83d\ude0f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

And finally, is important to understand where You are actually failing at? Is it that You plan to do too many things? Then it’s important to downsize that list and make priorities to help you achieve these goals<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
